FBI agents and state police raided a rural St. Clair County home Wednesday as part of an investigation into the murder of a 14-year-old Armada girl and arrested two people at the home on unrelated charges.
The Wales Township house is about 20 miles east of Armada, where April Millsap was found dead in a drainage ditch near the Macomb Orchard trail on July 24. Her dog stayed with her body until joggers discovered her.
