Two men are dead after one doused the other with an accelerant and lit a fire at a house on Detroit’s west side Thursday evening.
Firefighters found the men severely burned at a house at 4776 Sringwells near Michigan Avenue shortly after 9:30 p.m.
Investigators believe the men were arguing before the aggressor doused his partner with an accelerant and lit a fire. The aggressor also caught on fire because some of the accelerant had splashed on him.
The house was on fire when firefighters arrived.
