The mentally ill man who was mocked in videos circulated among Grosse Pointe Park police is a suspect in a home invasion in Detroit.
Fox 2 reports that Michael Scipio broke into an Indian Village house and was fended off by the homeowner with a hammer.
Police said Scipio’s arm was broken as a result.

Five cops were suspended following an internal investigation. City officials have declined to divulge the lengths of the suspensions but said they would range from one to 60 days.

One of the accused officers was spotted back on the job after a few days.
