The Heidelberg bought the War Room (left) for $500 in October 2009, just months after losing it to foreclosure. The War Room burned down on Nov. 28, just 16 days after its neighbor, the House of Soul, was intentionally set ablaze. The Heidelberg does not own the House of Soul.
