Three Detroit firefighters were injured battling a blaze in an occupied multi-family home on the east side this morning.
Firefighters arrived at approximately 8:24 a.m. to find the house, which was divided into four apartment, engulfed in flames at Brush and Harmon.
One firefighter sustained burns to the face, and two others injured their backs. They were rushed to a local hospital.
The injuries were not life-threatening, said Deputy Fire Commission Dave Fornell.
No civilians were injured.
