Thousands of colorfully costumed revelers turned out for the annual Marche du Nain Rouge in the Cass Corridor on Sunday.
As they do every year, the marchers chased away Nain Rouge, a mythological red dwarf bent on destroying Detroit.
The event began at 1 a.m. and ended with a march down Second Avenue to the Masonic Temple.
