An argument between a woman and employees at a tax office on Detroit’s east side ended in bloodshed Friday afternoon.
Police said a man shot four people after his friend became enraged that her refund wasn’t ready at Tax City at 7455 Gratiot. The man opened fire during a skirmish between a guard and 26-year-old Angel Moore, who remained on the loose as of Friday afternoon, police said.
The shooting suspect was arrested but his identity has not yet been released.
