And these are some swanky rides from the Detroit Bus Co. – luxury motor coaches with on-board wireless internet, restrooms, knowledgable conductors and mobile phone-ready GPS trackers.
It sure beats the price of a cab or parking your car at the airport for a few days.
The two-day service is available on Nov. 27 and Dec. 1, from 4:50am – 11:15pm, continually shuttling travelers from the Rosa Parks Transit Center and downtown Royal Oak.
“This is about more than running a few buses down the road,” Detroit Bus Company Founder Andy Didorosi said today. “It’s about testing a new service that Detroiters sorely lack, and have repeatedly asked for. We’re confident that this service will be an asset to both travelers and locals in Metro Detroit.”
