An independent bus company is offering rides to the Detroit Metropolitan Airport as part of a pilot project with the city’s Department of Transportation.

The two-day service is available on Nov. 27 and Dec. 1, from 4:50am – 11:15pm, continually shuttling travelers from the Rosa Parks Transit Center and downtown Royal Oak.
“This is about more than running a few buses down the road,” Detroit Bus Company Founder Andy Didorosi said today. “It’s about testing a new service that Detroiters sorely lack, and have repeatedly asked for. We’re confident that this service will be an asset to both travelers and locals in Metro Detroit.”
