A judge dismissed sexual assault charges against Detroit Tigers minor league pitcher Evan Reed on Thursday, saying the alleged victim’s story didn’t add up.

“I don’t find her to be a very credible witness,” 36th District Court Judge Kenneth King said, dismissing the case before it went to circuit court trial.

He faced up to 15 years in prison.
