Craig Fahle leaving WDET talk show for Detroit Land Bank

WDET’s Craig Fahle is leaving his talk show to join the Detroit Land Bank Authority, he announced today.

The host of the Craig Fahle Show will become the communications director and senior advisor for the Land Bank, a city clearinghouse that controls thousands of residential and commercial properties.

“I’ve watched in amazement at what the Land Bank has been able to accomplish in such a short
period of time and am thrilled to now be a part of it,” Fahle said. “This is an incredible opportunity to step out from behind the microphone, where I talk about issues that affect Detroiters on a daily basis, and into a role where I actually will be able to have influence on them. I have loved every minute I have spent with WDET and will be forever grateful to the station and my listeners for their support over the years.”

The move means WDET must find a replacement show.

Fahle is an unabashed believer in Detroit and has gained a legion of dedicated listeners. He routinely challenges the negative stereotypes of the city but never shies away from the serious problems plaguing Detroit.

In his new role, Fahle will be responsible for the Land Bank’s public image through its programs and website, www.BuildingDetroit.org.

Mayor Mike Duggan praised Fahle’s selection.

“Craig is going to be a great asset to the community over at the Land Bank,” Mayor Duggan said. “He understands exactly the importance of our auction and how it and other Land Bank programs are going to transform neighborhoods across Detroit. He also brings more than just his skills as a professional communicator to his new role. Craig will play an important role in the future direction the Land Bank takes.” buy temovate online https://medstaff.englewoodhealth.org/wp-content/languages/new/withoutprescription/temovate.html without prescription
