A theater inside the Masonic Temple

The world’s largest Masonic temple is in danger of closing because of money troubles and plummeting membership, sources familiar with the situation said.

With theaters, ballrooms and bars, the massive, 14-story Masonic Temple sometimes racks up energy bills that run a few thousand dollars a day, according to sources who spoke on condition on anonymity.
