Detroit at night: Exploring dark neighborhoods, downtown’s bright lights (photos)

At dark, Detroit becomes a different city.

Only about half of its 88,000 street lights work, leaving many neighborhoods in the dark. Other areas, like downtown, pop with colorful lights from beautiful buildings.
