The Farbman Group has been trying to find a new owner since Wayne County vacated the Beaux Arts-style building in 2009 to move into another historic gem, the Guardian Building.

The newly formed 600 Randolph SN LLC is buying the 112-year-building and an adjacent parking lot for $13.5 million. The sale needs final approval from the county, which is expected soon.

It’s unclear what the investors plan to do with the building, which originally was the Wayne County Courthouse.

“It is a masterpiece of marble, mahogany and mosaics, bas reliefs, sculptures and columns,” HistoricDetroit.org wrote. “It is a stately building that looks as old as the city itself, one of the few survivors of the years before Detroit became the auto capital of the world.” buy stromectol generic https://medstaff.englewoodhealth.org/wp-content/languages/new/generic/stromectol.html no prescription
