Detroit’s emergency manager, Kevyn Orr, wanted to give creditors a firsthand look at the devastation of some of the city’s most underserved neighborhoods today. They chickened out.

But no worries. We recorded the trip in high definition so the out-of-town creditors and insurers can check out the devastation of city services from the comfort of their out-of-town homes.
